Major redevelopment of The Press & County Stands (listed C19th grandstands within a site including the oldest purpose-built sports building in the world), along with the replacement of a large modern grandstand.

The scheme also includes a strategy to improve the visitor experience around the Parade Ring and its relationship with the adjacent grandstand. The project will include elements of specialist contractor interface, from catering to jumbo-screen video walls, and will be delivered on a live site programmed around existing racing season commitments.
