Nick graduated from the University of Nottingham, completing his MArch Architecture with Collaborative Practice Research Part 2 studies in 2020. He has previously worked in Leicester and Nottingham in a variety of sectors inclusive of residential, commercial, leisure and conservation.

During his architectural studies, Nick developed his interests in urban design, sustainability and working with complex sites of historic significance through his master's thesis project. This explored the post-war and medieval identities of Coventry with the creation of a library and performance centre which focused on restoring urban continuity, sensitive contextual design and enhancing social connections.

While at Burrell Foley Fischer, Nick has worked on the Grade I listed York Guildhall complex and Dixon Clark Court, a residential complex located in the London Borough of Islington.
